1. General Information

Our company has many years of experience in international logistics and exports equipment to over 80 countries worldwide.
Each unit is QC-tested before shipment and packed in a reinforced air-freight crate made of metal and wood, with 15 mm fire-resistant foam inside and a 13 mm solid wood base for maximum protection.

We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. If such an address is provided, your order will be canceled and refunded minus payment processor fees (approximately 2.9 % – 7.9 %).
Please provide a physical delivery address (residential or business).

2. Free Shipping

Within the USA: Free shipping on all orders, no minimum required.
Worldwide: Free international delivery for all qualifying orders under our global logistics program.

We operate multiple warehouses across several U.S. states, including Illinois, ensuring fast and efficient delivery.

Premium International Shipping

For orders above USD 1000, we provide premium express delivery with UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Typical transit time is 1–2 business days (subject to customs clearance)

4. Shipping Carriers

5. Customs Duties and Taxes

For U.S. customers: Orders are shipped from U.S. warehouses, and no additional customs fees are typically applied.

For international customers: Some countries are duty-free; in others, customers are responsible for applicable import duties and taxes as required by local law.

6. Estimated Delivery Time

Order processing: 1–5 business days (may vary for made-to-order machines).
U.S. delivery: 1–7 business days.
Major international destinations: 3–15 business days.
Other countries: 8–25 business days.
Custom-built equipment: 10–20 business days.

7. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs authorities. Refunds are not provided for reasonable delays (up to 45 calendar days).

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost shipments: We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being handed over to the courier. A claim will be filed with the carrier.

Damaged shipments: If your item arrives damaged, you must report it within 7 calendar days with photos and a short video to receive a free replacement.

9. Refused or Returned Packages / Customs Refusal

Orders rerouted without prior consent are non-refundable.

Orders refused by the customer will be refunded minus 40 % of the total to cover shipping and handling.

If customs rejects or blocks the shipment, a replacement or partial refund (minus 20 % shipping cost) may be issued.
